The basic working principle of Isuzu rear loader garbage truck:

1. The Isuzu rear loader garbage truck loads garbage, compresses garbage and unloads garbage using hydraulic drive and is completed by a special mechanism. The power of the automobile engine is transmitted to the oil pump through the power take-off and the transmission shaft, and the oil pump rotates to produce high-pressure oil. By operating the relevant control switches on the multi-way reversing valve, the hydraulic oil causes the relevant cylinders to work, and the cylinders work to drive the relevant mechanisms to complete the work of loading garbage, compressing garbage, or unloading garbage.

When the filling hopper is filled with garbage, the scraper is opened, and the sliding plate drives the scraping plate to move downward together. It is inserted into the garbage for crushing and first compression. The scraping plate rotates forward to further compact the garbage. After the scraping plate is in place, it moves upward with the sliding plate. Compact and fill the trash into the bin and return to the starting position. The entire working process is automatically controlled. When the garbage is continuously pressed and filled, the push shovel overcomes the back pressure and gradually retreats under the action of the squeezing force, achieving two-way compression of the garbage and evenly filling the entire garbage bin.

3. The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system is generally 16Mpa,which is limited by the relief valve on the multi-way reversing valve. When the system exceeds 16 MPa, the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank through the relief valve.

The hydraulic system of the Philippine Isuzu hydraulic rear loader is an open system, which is supplied by a gear pump. The power of the gear pump comes from: engine-transmission-power take-off box. The power take-off box uses a pneumatic clutch and is operated by an electronic control knob switch in the cab. To be done. The setting pressure of the dozer valve makes the skateboard cylinder reach a certain operating pressure to compress the garbage before the dozer cylinder can retract. A balance valve is installed on the oil cylinder in the lifting oil circuit to make the filler fall smoothly and stay in any position for a long time. It also ensures that the filler will not suddenly fall after the hose of the lifting cylinder is ruptured, making it safe to use.
