Isuzu GIGA 22 cbm hook lift garbage truck

Working principle: The locking frame mechanism of the arm truck is set on the flip frame, and the locking function is realized by the action of the hydraulic cylinder. When the arm truck box is placed on the attached frame, the locking frame makes the box of the whole vehicle firm and stable during driving, and at the same time, the box is connected with the movable arm and the flip frame during the self-unloading process to form a self-unloading angle; when the arm truck box is placed or pulled up, the retraction action of the locking frame makes the flip frame connected with the attached frame, which is convenient for the movable arm to place or pull the box; the action of this mechanism makes the whole vehicle work accurately and reliably.

Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system of the arm truck consists of a fuel tank and a filtration system, an oil pump, a multi-way reversing valve, a one-way throttle valve, a cylinder, an oil pipe, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine, and the power is separated through the power take-off, and the power take-off drives the gear pump to work.

The gear pump of the arm truck sucks the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank through the oil suction filter, and the multi-way valve (located outside the cab and in the front of the car box) supplies oil. When the multi-way valve of the arm truck is working, the arm cylinder and the locking cylinder are activated. When the hydraulic cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil returns directly to the tank through the multi-way valve.
