The following is the operation process of Isuzu GIGA septic suction truck:

Preparation before operation

(1) Park the septic tank suction truck as close to the operation point as possible.

(2) Turn the handle of the return oil tank through-cock to an angle of about 45° with the axis of the oil inlet pipe, and observe the oil inlet pipe. There should be lubricating oil flowing.

(3) Open the side door of the platform box, take out the septic tank suction hose, and swing it backward without bending.

Suction operation

(1). Draw the septic tank suction hose into the septic tank as deep as possible, ensuring that the end of the hose is always 300mm below the liquid surface during the operation.

(2). Push the four-way valve handle to be vertical to the ground.

(3). Put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backward to engage the gear, and the vacuum pump starts to operate.

(4) Open the tool box in the cab, pull out the alarm switch, and turn on its power supply.

(5) The operator should pay attention to the situation near the inlet of the septic tank suction hose and use appropriate tools to block debris to avoid blockage.

(6) The operator can use the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the operator should notify the driver, and the colleague should quickly pull the manure suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the buzzer will emit an audible and visual signal at this time. When the driver receives the signal, he should reduce the throttle, push the power take-off switch forward to disengage the gear, stop the vacuum pump, press the buzzer switch, and cut off its power supply.

(7) Close the handle plate of the fuel tank through the plug parallel to the axis of the inlet box.

(8) After flushing the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and point the boom toward the top of the cab.

(8) Close the overflow valve so that its handle is perpendicular to the road axis.

(9) Drive the manure suction truck away from the operation point.

Unloading operation

(1) Direct the manure suction hose toward the manure storage tank.

(2) Pull the rear handle of the four-way valve parallel to the ground, open the overflow valve, and make its handle parallel to the pipeline axis.

(3) Put the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backward to engage the gear, and the vacuum pump starts to operate.

(4) After the manure liquid in the tank is discharged, the driver should promptly push the power take-off handle forward to disengage the gear, and the vacuum pump stops operating.

(5) Make the refueling tank direct-through cock handle plate parallel to the axis of the inlet tank, that is, close it, flush the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and point the boom toward the top of the cab.

(6) Drive the manure suction truck away from the operation point.
